Le film vient de faire le meilleur démarrage de l'histoire du cinéma espagnol : 1,4 millions d'entrées en 4 jours.

Pour ceux qui, comme moi, se demandaient au cinéma comment Bayona avaient pu tourner la partie tsunami. Les acteurs en bavent et les effets visuels sont utilisés intelligemment (bref, tout le contraire du film de clint en fait).
